Job summary

Smith+NeuPh in Singapore is offering a Supply Chain Intern position based in Singapore for a 4–6 month duration. The role supports the International Supply Chain organization with demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will develop KPI dashboards using Excel and Power BI, analyze forecast accuracy and service levels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, Business or related discipline.
• Penultimate or final-year university students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support demand and supply planning activities.
• Monitor inventory performance and replenishment requirements.
• Develop KPI dashboards and management reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, inventory, fill rate, service level, and logistics performance metrics.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Participate in SAP master data maintenance and governance activities.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service, Commercial, Finance, and Quality teams.
• Prepare management presentations and project recommendations.
• Partner cross-functionally on new product introductions, pricing updates, intercompany data setup, process documentation, SOP development and system enhancements.
• Comply with corporate and local data governance, internal quality procedures and applicable ISO quality requirements.
