Job summary

A leading professional networking company is seeking a Talent Account Director to enhance customer success in the Mid-Market & SMB sector in Singapore. This role requires strong communication skills, fluency in English and local languages, and a background in solution selling. The position is hybrid, requiring a mix of remote and in-office work, and involves managing relationships across various customer types. Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience with a proven track record in sales and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of applicable quota-carrying and/or consulting experience.
  • Experience with HR software / SaaS / solution selling experience.
  • Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Customer and Revenue Growth by identifying opportunities to deliver greater customer value.
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders across the Customer’s organization.
  • Engage customers throughout the deal cycle to optimize ROI.
