Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Singapore, Japan & USA service parts teams for customer quotations.
• Consult with customers to resolve issues & queries.
• Enter quotations and orders into the CRM & ERP systems.
• Ensure commercial terms are met, such as shipment preferences.
• Review and resolve discrepancies in purchase orders.
• Prepare Order Acknowledgements.
• Raise Purchase Requisitions for service parts PO.
• Coordinate with Japan & USA teams for inter-company inquiries.
• Use CRM and ERP systems to service customer needs.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and arrange shipments.
• Research item requirements and calculate costs for quotations.
