ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable, secure digital applications across the full software lifecycle, collaborating with product managers, designers, engineers and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

We value strong software engineering fundamentals, adaptability and problem-solving abilities over mastery of any specific programming language.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in full stack, backend or software development.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, Kotlin, Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Go or C#).
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React/Next.js/Vue/Angular).
• Hands-on experience designing and integrating RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain frontend and backend applications.
• Build scalable microservices and distributed systems.
• Design and work with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL where appropriate.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Containerise applications with Docker and support cloud deployment.
