Job summary

A leading accounting firm in Singapore seeks a Corporate Secretarial Administrator to execute administrative duties including resolutions, updating statutory registers, and client communications. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a corporate secretarial role and excellent English communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary range of SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,500, and offers a hybrid working model. Flexibility in working hours and training guidance will be provided.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a corporate secretarial role or administrative role.
  • Able to communicate well in English, bilingual in Mandarin/Malay is a plus.
  • Experience in using MS Excel and MS Word or Google Docs.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Execute corporate secretarial administrative duties including resolutions and meeting minutes.
  • Update and maintain statutory registers.
  • Submit e-filings and returns to ACRA and IRAS.
  • Handle communications from clients professionally.
  • Perform data entry and verification.
