Qualifications

• Knowledge of Singapore FRS, IFRS and US GAAP.
• Experience in people management and leading a team.
• Able to work independently and under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely work product.
• Review transaction documentation for accuracy.
• Manage the year-end audit process collaboratively.
• Provide guidance to junior staff on technical topics.

Skills

7-9 years experience, preferably with fund administrator or audit background

Minimum 5 years in Private Equity

Very strong organizational and communication skills

Adept at identifying opportunities for improvement

Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
