Job summary

TOTAL MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site HVAC technician to install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air-conditioning and ventilation. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, monitor performance, and interpret HVAC drawings to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Ideal candidates have an ITE/diploma in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC and can work independently on-site with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• ITE / Diploma / Technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or related discipline.
• Experience in HVAC systems, air-conditioning or M&E projects preferred.
• Knowledge of ACMV systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Able to work independently and on-site environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Conduct troubleshooting for HVAC equipment and systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing works.
• Monitor system performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site personnel.
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications and safety requirements.
• Prepare maintenance reports and service documentation.
