Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Lead project design and development activities, including equipment selection and sizing, based on customer specifications.

• Review and understand HVAC scope for tender bidding.

• Conduct site surveys and measurements; attend pre‑bid walkthroughs when necessary.

• Participate in tender clarification meetings and interviews as required.

• Collaborate with the Manager to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.

• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Consultants, and Management to prepare project proposals, tender submissions, and contractual documentation.

• Support Sales and Customer Consultants in preparing quotations and following up on service retrofit opportunities.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.

• Ensure projects are executed within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with specifications.

• Identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives without compromising quality or productivity.

• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for quotations and project requirements.

• Evaluate supplier quotations and prepare detailed costing sheets.

• Foster relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

• Maintain logs of estimates and unit costs for all projects.

• Prepare and verify Bills of Quantity.

• Adhere to company policies and safety standards to ensure operational efficiency.

• Research and recommend new technologies to enhance project execution.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
