Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HVAC experience (10+ years preferred).
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of FDA, cGMP, ISO14644, 21 CFR Part 211 standards.
  • Familiar with local and international building codes (IBC, IFC, JIS, BS, etc.).
  • Understanding of material selection for cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop HVAC design deliverables across all project phases (CD, BD, DD).
  • Prepare load & air balance calculations, airflow diagrams, AHU zoning layouts, and duct designs.
  • Create and review technical documents, specifications, and 3D models (Revit/SketchUp).
  • Coordinate with LDI, PE, and QP teams for design and compliance.
  • Support procurement activities including BOQ preparation, value engineering, and bid evaluation.
  • Review subcontractor and LDI submissions to ensure compliance with URS and local codes.
  • Provide technical support during site construction and commissioning.
  • Contribute to FM and LEED design consultancy efforts.

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to join our industrial project team. You will take charge of HVAC design and coordination for projects across Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Data Center, Food, Daily Chemical, and New Energy industries — both in domestic and international settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop HVAC design deliverables across all project phases (CD, BD, DD).
  • Prepare load & air balance calculations, airflow diagrams, AHU zoning layouts, and duct designs.
  • Create and review technical documents, specifications, and 3D models (Revit/SketchUp).
  • Coordinate with LDI, PE, and QP teams for design and compliance.
