A professional cleaning/laundry company is looking for a meticulous HR Executive to handle payroll administration, employee relations, and compliance with Singapore regulations. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and 2-3 years of experience, with hands-on knowledge of Infotech payroll software and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

Work Week: 5.5 days

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Tuesday to Friday)

Saturday: 9 am to 1 pm

Work from Home: Monday

A professional cleaning/laundry company is seeking a meticulous and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, with a strong focus on payroll administration, employee relations, and compliance with the Singapore Employment Act.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Payroll & HRIS.
  2. Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Infotech payroll software.
  3. Ensure accuracy in salary computation, statutory contributions (CPF, SDL, SHG), and IRAS/Year-End filings.
  4. Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
  5. Responsible for employee relations & compliance
  6. Draft and issue HR documents such as employment contracts, warning letters, termination letters, and other correspondence in accordance with the Singapore Employment Act.
  7. Provide HR advisory to management and employees on statutory requirements, internal policies, and best practices.
  8. Handle grievance, disciplinary, and performance management processes in a fair and timely manner.
  9. Monitor and arrange cleaners for courses to improve professionalism.
  10. Support recruitment and onboarding processes (job postings, interviews, employment offers).
  11. Manage leave administration, medical claims, insurance, and employee benefits.
  12. Prepare HR reports, statistics, and ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance.
  13. Assist in HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and policy reviews.
Requirements
  1. Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. At least 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
  3. Hands-on experience with Infotech payroll software preferred.
  4. Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and HR compliance practices.
  5. Proficient in drafting formal HR correspondence (warning/termination letters, memos, contracts).
  6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Chinese (Mandarin) to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels, including manual workers who communicate primarily in Chinese.
  7. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues professionally.
  8. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
