A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an HR Data Analyst to prepare and compile HR data for reports, support audits, and assist in maintaining performance dashboards. Candidates should possess a diploma in Human Resources or related fields and demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Excel. Good communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Prepare, check, and compile HR data for reports and analysis
Support audits of HR datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards
Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards and trackers to monitor team performance and incident rates
Provide general office support, including organising team meetings, tracking projects, and managing office supplies or IT assets
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
Diploma in Human Resources/ Business Analytics/ Statistics or related studies
Prior work experience in HR or data-related roles is a plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and PowerPoint
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
