Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee performance management and compensation strategies. Ideal candidates will have strong HR expertise and excellent communication skills to enhance employee experience while ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include managing the performance review cycle, advising managers, and developing HR policies. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of HR experience. The Role:

Seeking an experienced HR Manager to drive performance management, compensation, and policy development. The ideal candidate will have strong HR expertise, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to enhancing employee experience and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Oversee and administer the employee performance review cycle, ensuring fair and effective processes.

Advise managers and staff on performance-related matters to support a positive workplace culture.

Support the implementation and management of compensation and benefits programs.

Contribute to the development, updating, and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with various teams to enhance employee engagement and experience.

Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal standards.

Participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

3–5 years of relevant HR experience, with a strong focus on performance management.

Solid understanding of local employment laws and HR best practices.

Analytical thinker with effective problem-solving abilities.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Experience in developing and implementing HR policies is an advantage.
