About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and hands‑on Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations in Singapore. You will play a key role in supporting our people strategy, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and building a positive, performance‑driven workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for both local and foreign employees.
- Handle all MOM-related applications (Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass) and ensure legal compliance.
- Administer monthly payroll, CPF contributions, IR8A/IR21 filings, and employee benefits.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
- Drive training and development initiatives to enhance staff capabilities.
- Prepare HR reports and assist management in workforce planning and budgeting.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment aligned with company values.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, including supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRMS / payroll systems (e.g., Info-Tech, Talenox, QuickHR, Payboy).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
- Able to work independently, multitask, and handle confidential information.
