About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and hands‑on Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations in Singapore. You will play a key role in supporting our people strategy, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and building a positive, performance‑driven workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for both local and foreign employees.
  • Handle all MOM-related applications (Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass) and ensure legal compliance.
  • Administer monthly payroll, CPF contributions, IR8A/IR21 filings, and employee benefits.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Drive training and development initiatives to enhance staff capabilities.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist management in workforce planning and budgeting.
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment aligned with company values.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, including supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HRMS / payroll systems (e.g., Info-Tech, Talenox, QuickHR, Payboy).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Able to work independently, multitask, and handle confidential information.
