Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR leader to oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions and partner closely with senior management to drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will be experienced in aligning HR strategies with business goals, building high‑performing teams, and cultivating a strong and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement, and execute HR strategies and programs that directly support the company’s growth objectives and long‑term vision.
  • People Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver excellence across all HR disciplines, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning — ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
  • Workforce Planning: Partner with business leaders to anticipate manpower needs and design agile workforce plans to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design and enhance competitive remuneration and benefits frameworks that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Build a positive workplace culture by managing employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and engagement programs.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Champion DEI initiatives and drive inclusive policies and practices across the organization.
  • HR Analytics: Use data and HR metrics to measure performance, identify trends, and support strategic business decisions.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies, while maintaining strong governance practices.
  • Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on organizational design, leadership development, and change management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing strategic HR initiatives in alignment with business goals.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and modern HR technologies.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, CIPD) will be an advantage.
