Our client is a well‑established construction firm with over two decades of experience delivering residential and commercial developments in Singapore. They are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions and drive people strategies that support our continued growth. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, ideal for an HR leader who enjoys partnering with business leaders, strengthening talent pipelines, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Your Role

As the HR lead, you will be responsible for shaping and executing HR initiatives that align with business objectives while ensuring strong governance and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance HR policies, frameworks, and programmes to support organisational goals
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to management and staff on employee relations, compensation, benefits, and disciplinary matters
  • Ensure full compliance with employment legislation and statutory requirements
  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services
  • Partner with department heads to identify workforce planning and talent development needs
  • Strengthen HR systems, data management, and reporting to support informed decision‑making
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the construction or built‑environment sector
  • Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and talent management strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organisation
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and build high‑performing HR teams
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data and reporting
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
