About Us

Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore’s inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.

The HR Generalist will join the Human Resources Team to assist with end-to-end Employee Lifecycle Support.

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
  • Manage full recruitment process from requirement gathering, sourcing, interviewing, offer, and onboarding.
  • Build pipelines via channels such as job boards, sourcing, screening, referrals, and cold calling for bank wide roles.
  • Maintain close relationship with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate the entire interview process with hiring managers and candidates, tracking feedback and outcome, while ensuring good candidate experience.
  • Prepare salary proposals for shortlisted candidates, ensure alignment to internal guidelines.
Performance Management
  • Review, formulate, develop and implement total compensation and benefit programs to attract, motivate and retain high calibre and competent staff of all levels within effective cost management.
  • Handle data consolidation, analysis and reporting, provide insights about talent & cost management, and may formulate tools or templates to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Establish effective performance management systems and keep track of employee KPIs and performances.
  • Develop diverse incentive programs aligned with company growth and workforce needs.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and optimize reward mechanisms to enhance business impact and employee engagement.
Training & Development
  • Align workforce planning with business unit strategic goals to ensure optimal talent deployment.
  • Source and coordinate appropriate trainings for the relevant teams.
Onboarding/Offboarding
  • Be responsible for onboarding and offboarding necessaries.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources/economics/statistics or relevant disciplines.
  • 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Possess strong teamwork and stakeholder management qualities.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, highly proficient in Excel.
  • Humble, strong critical thinking, open minded and eager to learn.
