Job summary
A professional services company in Singapore is looking for an HR Officer to manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management and 1–3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include administering employee benefits, payroll processing, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is required.
Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training for new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

HR Operations and Compliance
- Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance (CPF, IRAS, MOM submissions).
- Support the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to Employment Act and other relevant regulations.

Employee Relations and Engagement
- Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
- Handle employee queries professionally and confidentially.
- Assist in performance review processes and HR policy updates.

Administrative Support
- Support management in HR projects and internal process improvements.
- Liaise with external vendors, government agencies, and service providers.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently with discretion and integrity.
