Human Resources Executive (Employee Experience)

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for HR operations including pre‑onboarding, onboarding, amenities issuance, probation and confirmation, offboarding clearance and work pass administration
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records in various employee databases and electronic files
  • Manage casual labour recruitment, administration and onboarding
  • Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries on HR matters
  • Develop, plan and execute wellness activities to promote a vibrant workplace culture
  • Drive internal communications for employee engagement activities and participation levels including social media content
  • Act as the point of contact for the hotel’s vendors who provide services to employees
  • Prepare HR letters and employment certificates
  • Undertake any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the Superior
