Job summary

A leading HR firm in Singapore seeks an experienced HR professional to align business objectives with employees and management. The role involves implementing HR policies compliant with regulations, managing employee training, conducting interviews, and overseeing recruitment. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry and possess strong knowledge of local employment laws. Excellent communication skills are essential, and only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in the Construction Industry.
  • Strong knowledge in local employment laws and practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Align business objectives with employees and management.
  • Assist in implementing HR policy compliant with MOM regulations.
  • Prepare official letters and manage employee confirmatory processes.

Job description

Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Location: Kaki Bukit

Job Scopes:

  • Aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units

  • Assist in implementing/amending/r reviewing of HR policy to be in compliant with MOM regulations & Company's business objective.

  • Training plan

  • Security bond, undertaking bond, Insurance including project insurance and equipment insurance

  • WP,SP,LOC Application, cancellation, Renewal, Update OFWAS

  • Employee Orientation, evaluation and confirmation

  • Prepare official letter, Appointment , Employment, Termination, Warning Letter

  • Appraisal, Increment, Bonus, Promotion, Performance Evaluation.

  • First round interview screening,

  • Employee Bonding Activities

  • Company Event Planning

  • Posting of recruitment Ads, Liaise with Recruitment Agency for recruiting of foreign worker

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Operation Director or Managing Director

Job Requirements :

  • Min 2 years of related experience in Construction Industry

  • Strong knowledge in local employment laws and practices

  • Able to meet deadlines

  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
