Job description
What you’ll be doing
  • Partner departments to provide value-adding HR advisory across talent attraction, retention, development, engagement and recognition

  • Administer and execute HR functions such as recruitment, benefits, compensation, awards, manpower reporting and staff wellness initiatives

  • Serve as a trusted channel for employee feedback, facilitating open dialogue and promoting a supportive organisational culture

  • Support cluster-wide HR and institutional projects, events and workforce programmes as required

  • Champion innovation by contributing to staff suggestion, process improvement and workflow optimisation initiatives

  • Undertake additional assignments or special projects as delegated by the Head of Unit

What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/ Business or related studies

  • 1 - 5 years of working experience in HR within healthcare or large organisations preferred

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and advisory skills

  • Ability to work independently, handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities

  • A proactive mindset with strong service orientation
