Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Administrator to provide end-to-end administrative support across HR functions such as onboarding, payroll coordination, and records management. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, compliance with local regulations, and assisting with HR initiatives and reporting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across various HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, documentation and employee engagement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly payroll data
  • Support compliance tracking related to HR policies and employment regulations
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and shared services team to ensure timely execution of HR processes
  • Help prepare HR-related reports and statistics as required
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives within the HR team
  • Be involved in HR initiatives and events
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of HR administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Basic understanding of Singapore employment regulations (e.g. MOM guidelines, CPF, annual leave entitlements, etc.).
  • Exposure to payroll processing or HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
