Job description
Purpose of the Role:

To design and implement initiatives that foster employee well‑being and recognition across UOB Singapore and groupwide, ensuring alignment with UOB’s values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Wellness Activities (Singapore Focus)
  • Plan and Design: Develop holistic wellness programs covering physical, mental, financial, and social well‑being, aligned with UOB’s philosophy of Care, Growth, and Trust.
  • Implementation: Coordinate logistics, communications (eDMs, MyUOB articles), and vendor partnerships for wellness activities such as health talks, webinars, and fitness challenges.
  • Engagement: Drive participation through creative campaigns and reminders, leveraging internal platforms and employee feedback loops.
  • Measurement: Track engagement metrics and evaluate program effectiveness for continuous improvement.
2. The UOB Way Exemplary Award (Groupwide)
  • Program Extension: Scale the award nomination process across all UOB entities globally, ensuring consistency and inclusivity.
  • Process Management: Oversee nomination workflows, evaluation committee coordination, and scoring frameworks (e.g., Role Model, Clearly Exemplary).
  • Communications: Develop and execute campaigns to encourage nominations, including eDMs, microsite updates, and winner announcements.
  • Governance: Ensure compliance with award criteria emphasizing UOB Values—United, Committed, Honorable, Enterprising—and proactive risk management.
