About the role

As the Human Resource professional at 3 Embers Culinary Craft Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our dynamic food and beverage company. This full-time position is based in the Senoko South North Region and will involve a wide range of HR responsibilities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management.

What you're doing

1. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires
2. Coordinate and deliver effective training and development programs to upskill our talented workforce
3. Implement and maintain robust HR policies, procedures, and record-keeping systems
4. Advise managers on HR-related matters and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
5. Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture through employee engagement initiatives
6. Assist with performance management, including goal-setting, reviews, and feedback
7. Support the company's strategic HR objectives and contribute to the overall success of the business

Payroll

1. Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including overtime, allowances, bonuses, and deductions
2. Ensure accurate CPF submissions and statutory compliance.
3. Manage payroll adjustments, claims reimbursements, and ad-hoc payments
4. Liaise with finance, banks, and payroll vendors where necessary
5. Prepare payroll reports and reconciliation for management review
6. Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information

2. Strong working knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements
