A prominent public transport company in Singapore is looking for a Payroll Officer. The role involves processing monthly payroll, managing attendance in SAP, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Candidates should have a diploma and 2 years of payroll experience, with familiarity in SAP payroll systems. This position offers a chance to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Processing of monthly payroll and handle payroll related matters
Maintain and ensure that relevant BC’s attendance and leave are updated in SAP
Processing of Government Paid Maternity Leave / Paternity Leave /Shared Parental Leave / Childcare Leave/NS Claim
Manage and maintain BC clocking times via 3rd party system (BDS)
Processing and compute of WICA wages and expenses
Answering queries relating to Payrolls matters of Bus Captain
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Diploma with 2 years of payroll experience
Familiar with Statutory regulations (e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM guidelines)
Meticulous and systematic
Able to work independently
Familiar with SAP payroll system/Success Factor and EC Payroll
