Job summary
A human resource management company in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in HR within the construction sector, holds a degree in Human Resource Management, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills. Immediate starters are preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HR or administrative experience in Singapore, preferably in the construction & process industry.
- Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.

- Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave, and employee relations.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP, SP, EP, Core Trade, BCA).
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and maintain accurate staff records.
- Administer insurance, medical, training, and employee welfare matters.
- Support payroll processing, CPF submissions, and statutory reporting (IR8A, IR21).
- Liaise with government agencies, banks, vendors, and training providers.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and company HR policies.
- Assist in HR initiatives such as staff engagement, CSR, and WSH activities.
- Manage administrative duties such as documentation, petty cash, and purchasing.
- Provide HR and admin support to management and handle ad-hoc assignments.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 5 years of HR or administrative experience in Singapore, preferably in the construction & process industry.
- Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, discreet with confidential information, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- 6-day work week; immediate starters are an advantage.
