Job description

Our client is a well-established company from Engineering industry. They are looking for a HR Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West – easily accessible.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and workforce needs.
  • Oversee HR policies and services, including recruitment, selection, retention, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training initiatives.
  • Ensure recruitment and selection processes are fair, merit-based, and compliant with employment regulations.
  • Partner with department heads to address HR needs and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate in-house and external training programs to enhance workforce skills and development.
  • Ensure employment benefits remain competitive and aligned with employee expectations while leveraging available grants.
  • Oversee workplace safety and security compliance.
  • Lead HR staff to deliver efficient support and maintain high service standards across HR functions and office administration.
  • Coach and mentor HR team members to ensure professional, confidential, and effective HR service delivery.
  • Drive staff engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Promote staff welfare and engagement activities through leadership of internal committees or programs.
  • Manage office facilities projects and corporate identity updates to support organizational initiatives.
  • All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum Degree in any relevant field of studies
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR working experience
  • Possesses strong leadership experience, stakeholder management and communication skills
