We are a prominent and fast-growing company seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resource Manager to lead our people in the function. You will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives that support our operational excellence, enhance employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals for operations.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Oversee compensation & benefits, payroll liaison, and ensure strict compliance with employment laws (MOM regulations).
  • Resolve employee relations matters and implement engagement programs to reduce turnover.
  • Partner with operations managers to address staffing, training, and performance needs.
  • Develop and update HR policies, handbooks, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a relevant industry setting.
  • Proven track record in managing HR for front-line, hourly, and managerial staff.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Employment Act and MOM regulations.
