Roles and Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR (Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Budgets, Projections, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Policy Development and Planning, etc.)
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for productivity improvement, via review of organisational structures, streamlining of business processes, continuous improvements and performance management.
  • Leverage multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms and online user groups
  • Develop and mplement compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Identify and execute payroll implementation to ensure accurate, complete and timely payroll processing, payment and disbursement
Job Requirements
  • Min. Diploma / Degree in HR Management or related studies
  • 3 years of relevant experience in HR generalist
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and meticulous personality
  • Highlyadaptable in fast-paced working environment and nurture a positive working environment
