Key Responsibilities
Policy & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies align with Group guidelines and comply with statutory regulations (Employment Act, CPF Act, IRAS).
Compensation & Benefits
- Maintain accurate HR system records and payroll documentation.
- Oversee staff benefits administration, including medical, insurance, and workplace safety provisions.
Manpower Planning
- Lead manpower planning and budgeting exercises.
- Monitor workforce levels to align with approved headcount.
Performance Management
- Administer annual performance appraisals, increments, and bonus payouts for executives and above.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plans to enhance morale and retention.
- Partner with leaders to foster a positive, inclusive workplace aligned with company values.
Industrial Relations
- Support collective agreement negotiations.
- Manage grievances, disciplinary issues, and serve as Secretary for Board of Inquiry when required.
Learning & Development
- Conduct training needs analysis and implement annual training plans to build workforce capability.
Others
- Prepare C&B statistics and monthly reports.
- Lead HR process improvement projects and manage staff communications.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of HR management experience.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- Broad knowledge of HR strategies and compliance with employment regulations.
- Ability to foster diversity, inclusivity, and collaboration.
- Analytical mindset for data-driven workforce planning.
