Job description

The role involves handling various administrative tasks, including:

  • Work Permit related matters (application, renewal, cancellation, replacement of Work Pass, etc.)
  • Workers’ Payroll Administration
  • Handling workers’ matters (training arrangement, contract preparation, home leave arrangement, dormitory administration, worker insurance, petty cash submission, etc.)
  • Liaising with government authorities (MOM) regarding worker matters
  • Other ad-hoc admin duties
  • Recruitment tasks (posting job openings, managing job advertisements, reviewing and shortlisting resumes, conducting interviews, selecting suitable candidates, onboarding new employees)
  • Planning for company welfare
