  • Managed end-to-end payroll operations for Company employees, coordinating with Finance for accurate and timely disbursements, while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Designed and implemented employee engagement strategies, improving overall satisfaction.
  • Acted as a trusted HR advisor, addressing employee relations and grievance issues, leading conflict resolution initiatives, and maintaining a harmonious work environment.
  • Partnered with department heads and leadership on performance management, facilitating goal setting, quarterly reviews, and annual appraisals aligned with business objectives.
