Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore seeks an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and HR operations. You will partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, attract talent through various channels, and oversee HR administrative tasks such as managing employment contracts and employee data. This role is pivotal for maintaining a strong recruitment pipeline and ensuring personnel records accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, pre-screening, interviews, job offers and onboarding.
• Identify and attract talent through various channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
• Prepare employment contracts and handle work pass administration.
• Update and maintain employee data and personal files.
• Generate HR and manpower reports for management.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, pre-screening, interviews, job offers and onboarding.
• Identify and attract talent, especially hard-to-find or passive candidates, through niche platforms, online channels, social media and professional networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure a strong recruitment pipeline.

HR Operations

• Prepare employment contracts, process confirmation and salary adjustments, handle work pass administration and manage staff benefits and leave administration.
• Update and maintain employee data in the HRMS and ensure accuracy of records.
• Maintain and organise staff personal files.
• Prepare tax clearance for departing employees.
• Oversee Time & Attendance administration.
• Generate HR and manpower reports for management.
