Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive - Talent Aquisition at Commit Learning SchoolHouse Pte Ltd, located in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be handling end to end recruitment process to ensure that there are no manpower gaps in the organisation across different departments and centres.

  • Take charge of the recruitment pipeline.
  • Process end to end recruitment from screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offering and, onboarding.
  • Perform high volume recruitment
  • Work with managers and leaders to ensure that the manpower gaps have been addressed.
  • Engage in discussions with HR leaders to improve overall hiring processes.
Qualifications
  • 1 year related experience in recruitment/talent aquisition
  • Interviewing skills
  • Understanding of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
