About Us

We are a growing F&B chain with over 700 employees across multiple outlets. As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a dedicated Payroll Executive/Senior Executive to join our HR team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and compliance with statutory requirements.

Our current office is located in Aljunied area. Candidate should be willing to relocate to 14 Senoko Way (Near Woodlands/Sembawang) around the end of the 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for all employees (~700 headcount) with the team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle payroll data entry, updates, and validation of attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other payroll-related items.
  • Prepare and submit CPF contributions, income tax filings (IR8A/IR21), and other statutory reporting in compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system and ensure confidentiality of payroll information.
  • Support HR in preparing payroll-related reports for management and finance.
  • Liaise with government bodies, auditors, and external vendors where required.
  • Assist in employee payroll queries and provide clear, timely resolution.
  • Support HR team in ad-hoc projects such as HR process improvements, system enhancements, and audits.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 2–3 years of payroll experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or high-volume manpower industries.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment and statutory regulations (CPF, IRAS, MOM).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with HRIS/Payroll systems, such as Timespro.
  • Meticulous with numbers, strong sense of confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to handle queries effectively.
