Job Description
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for site roles (e.g., engineers, supervisors, technicians, laborers).
- Partner with site managers to define hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and industry-specific channels.
- Screen applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews.
- Perform reference and background checks.
- Prepare and issue formal employment offer letters and contracts.
- Execute a structured onboarding program for all new site hires.
- Conduct site-specific inductions, focusing on safety protocols and company policies.
- Coordinate with other departments for site access, equipment, and tools.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during their initial period.
- Create, maintain, and update confidential Personnel Files (P-Files).
- Prepare all documentation for the employee confirmation process post-probation.
- Manage the offboarding process, including preparing termination letters and conducting exit interviews.
- Ensure all employee status changes are accurately recorded
Requirements
- NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive.
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment.
- Prior experience in the construction, engineering, or a related industry.
- Ability and willingness to work full-time from a project site office.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
