A recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for an HR Assistant to support end-to-end recruitment processes and manage HR functions. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma, strong communication skills, and be detail-oriented. This role involves maintaining employee records, coordinating interviews, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The position offers an opportunity to engage in a dynamic HR environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma and above.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Coordinate interviews, prepare HR documents, and schedule appointments.
  • Support payroll processing and leave administration.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and internal HR policies.
  • Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination.
  • Track probation, contract renewals, and staff movement.
  • Contribute to HR process improvements and internal audits.

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Working location: Harbourfront Centre
