Key Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end HR operations, excluding payroll in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Actively use various recruitment platforms, participate in career fairs, and engage with internship programs to attract new talent.
  • Assist in employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement programs, workplace safety, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Prepare and issue HR-related letters such as appointment, confirmation, and warning letters.
  • Manage foreign worker administration, including work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and medical check-ups.
  • Handle worker dormitory arrangements to ensure proper check-in/out with documentation.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring issues are tracked and resolved promptly.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, including registration for mandatory safety courses and job-related courses approved by department heads.
  • Assist in organizing company events such as festive celebrations and the annual dinner.
  • Undertake any other HR duties or projects as assigned by the superior.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in logistic or construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act.
