Main Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone with excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills. Prior experience with foreign worker-centric HR tasks in a large company will be viewed favourably.
Human Resource function
- Recruitment and onboarding of new executives
- Processing of work pass applications/issuance/renewals/cancellations (WPOL/EPOL/MYE/PA) and liaise with relevant authorities/embassies on foreign worker related matters.
- Execute onboarding of new work pass holders eg: Orientation, Dormitory check-in, Arrange mandatory courses, Manage day-to-day requirements of work pass holders eg: Ensuring p-file is kept updated, Processing requests for medical attention, home leave, repatriation etc
Compliance
- Ensure that licences required for business functions are renewed in a timely manner
- Assist with audits, where required
Marketing
- Assist with simple designing tasks for marketing content eg. corporate calendar for clients and staff
Requirements
- Diploma/GCE A Levels
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in engineering/construction sector.
- Good knowledge and interpretation of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations for foreign worker-related matters.
- Team player with the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently within the team as well as with the business divisions.
- Strong time-management and multi-tasking ability is necessary. Must have a sense of urgency in handling time-critical tasks, and be able to follow-through to completion.
- Experience in marketing is advantageous.
