A cleaning services company is seeking an experienced HR professional to assist with recruitment, compliance, and administrative duties. The role involves updating employee records, managing HR software, and collaborating with external parties on related matters. Candidates should hold a diploma and have at least three years of HR experience, with a strong preference for teamwork and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Job Description
· Assist with recruitment efforts, such as placing job ads, arranging interview and related administrative process
· Work closely with the authorities and ensure compliance of HR policies & procedures in Singapore
· Keeping, maintaining, and updating of personal file / records of employees, increment and renewal of employment contract
· Implementation/managing of HR software
· Liaising with external parties on ISO, insurance renewal or application related matter
· Preparing and printing of document for the operation
· Involved in government grant processes
· Partner with HR team members to implement solutions and help scale the business
· Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
· Involved in MOM applications and duties
· Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
· At least 3 years of experience in Human Resource or Administrative role
· Possesses a Diploma in relevant field
· Team Player
· Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work efficiently with minimum supervision
