Role Overview

The HR Executive supports day-to-day HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement. The role includes arranging interviews, handling work pass matters, preparing HR documents, maintaining staff records, and helping with HR reports. The HR Executive also assists with staff activities and other tasks assigned by the manager.

Responsibilities
  • Support the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, learning and development, onboarding, offboarding, etc.
  • Organise recruitment activities for timely selection and source candidates who closely fit the job requirements via job portals.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, welcome arrangements, orientation sessions, and manage offboarding processes.
  • Monitor and administer work pass application, renewal, and cancellation-related matters and coordinate foreign workers' accommodation and related activities.
  • Draft and prepare letters when required (appointment, confirmation, increment and promotion, etc).
  • Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of employee records and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of weekly and monthly HR reports.
  • Support staff engagement efforts such as surveys, recognition, and internal communication.
  • Any ad-hoc activities within HR functions as assigned by the reporting manager, from time to time.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of HR Generalist experience.
  • Good understanding of HR practices including the Employment Act.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to carry out analytical and coordination work.
  • Good working attitude & self-driven.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Proficiency in office software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace collaboration tools.
