Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Executive to manage payroll operations while supporting operational functions as and when needed. This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, organized, and familiar with Singapore payroll practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process monthly payroll accurately and on time using payroll systems
  2. Manage full spectrum of payroll related functions (Tax clearance submission, monthly CPF submission, annual income tax submission, and other government related grant application and submission).
  3. Act as first point of contact for payroll-related queries from all employees and external partners
  4. Take charge of all operational HR functions such as leave administration, NS make up pay claims, employees claim, etc.
  5. Update and maintain employees’ records in Times Software
  6. General administrative support to payroll team
  7. Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation report and ad‑hoc report as required
  8. Provide HR advice to account managers and engage with employees on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  9. Provide support on HR operations functions
  10. Ad‑hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma Holder in HR or related field or proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Human Resources with Payroll Processing responsibilities.
  • Experience in Times payroll software is an added advantage.
  • Possess a high level of responsibility and integrity to maintain confidentiality of all HR and payroll records.
  • Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Singapore’s Employment Act, labor laws and CPF regulations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
  • Independent and self‑motivated with a growth mindset.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications especially in Excel.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on varied responsibilities.
