Job summary

A leading HR services provider in Singapore is seeking an HR Payroll Specialist to manage payroll, perform compliance tasks, and assist in recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of HR payroll experience and a relevant diploma or degree. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, are essential. This position offers a chance to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle payroll administration in accordance with payroll processing cycle timelines.
  • Liaise with MOM and CPF Board on Work Pass and Worker's Levy matters.
  • Comply with IRAS regulations on IR8A.
  • Assist in recruitment process including resume screening.
  • Oversee administration of staff welfare benefits and processing claims.

Job description

To handle the payroll administration in accordance with payroll processing cycle timelines and ensure all mandatory legislative requirements are adhered to.

Application of Work Pass and related issues including liaising with Ministry of Manpower (MOM), CPF Board, on Work Pass and Worker's Levy matters.

Comply with Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) regulations on IR8A.

Complete statutory requests for data and information, including MOM labour surveys.

Assist in recruitment process including screening of resumes and managing the referral program.

Assists to oversee the administration of staff welfare benefits and processing staff claims.

Provides support for the administration of HR related processes including file management, leave and door access system.

Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.

Requirements:

At least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Arts, or related fields.

At least 5 years of HR payroll experience.

Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Good command of written and spoken English.

Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations effectively and professionally.

Meticulous and able to work independently.

Well-versed in all MS Office applications, especially in Excel.
