A growing HR firm in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to manage operations, facilitate recruitment, and coordinate learning and development activities. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Business or Human Resources Management, with 1–3 years of experience preferred, although fresh graduates are welcome to apply. This role offers a chance to participate in various HR initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
Participate in manpower planning by providing input on requirements, statutory obligations and projected manpower costing.
Deliver HR services efficiently, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
Administer leave, benefits, insurance, payroll, work passes and government surveys accurately and on time.
Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, contract renewals, salary reviews, resignations and terminations.
Monitor headcount movements, prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data.
Oversee offboarding activities, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
Review and update HR policies in response to Employment Act or regulatory changes.
Facilitate performance appraisal, salary review and bonus exercises to ensure alignment with company policies.
Support and execute ad-hoc HR projects as required.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Recruitment
Source and attract qualified candidates using cost-effective channels including job portals, agencies, referrals, internships and databases.
Screen, interview, assess and verify applicants to ensure shortlisted candidates meet role requirements.
Maintain and update job descriptions to reflect current business needs and work arrangements.
Build and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles to minimize hiring lead time.
Obtain approvals for salary proposals, prepare employment contracts and coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation.
Ensure personnel documents are properly filed and maintained in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Prepare employee CVs and provide information required for tender submissions and security clearances.
Liaise with educational institutions on internships and collaborative programs such as Work-Learn Technical Diploma.
Learning & Development (L&D)
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual training plans.
Organize and facilitate internal and external training programs.
Maintain training records and Job Training Matrix in compliance with SOPs.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business, Human Resources Management or equivalent
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
