About Physio & Sole Clinic:

Our mission is to deliver high quality care to our patients through effective communication and ethical clinical practice. We have 10 locations across the island. To assist with the expansion of our clinics, we are growing our Operations function.

About the role:

Physio & Sole Clinic is looking for a full-time Human Resource Executive.

  1. Manage day-to-day employee-related issues
  2. Manage on-boarding and departure of employees
  3. Oversee pass application and issuance matters for all foreign employees
  4. Manage all matters involving government organisations including the Labour Department (Ministry of Manpower) and other affiliated organisations
  5. Prepare all employment-related reports as required by directors for internal and external useUpdate and maintain employee records, including employment contracts, personal information, and other documents
  6. Exercise sound understanding of the Employment Law in order to make sure all HR procedures are executed properly and in no violation to the statutory requirements
  7. Manage teacher leaves, including sick leaves and annual leaves
  8. Staff welfare management
  9. Assist in HR related grants
  10. Execute all other tasks as instructed by Senior Manager/ Director

Guaranteed 13 month bonus. Work permit/ Spass application. 5 day work week. Dynamic and tight knitted team

Requirements
  1. Able to speak fluently and write English to communicate with colleagues/ relevant officers from organisation
  2. Previous experience/ knowledge in Human Resource
  3. Have basic/intermediate competency in Google Sheets/ Excel
  4. Able to work independently
