Job summary
A leading HR firm in Singapore is looking for an HR professional to manage recruitment, facilitate onboarding, and ensure compliance with employment regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Key person in responsible for manpower recruitment.
- Facilitate and coordinate onboarding program and processes (employee orientation, work pass application, coordinate training for new hires, etc).
- Actively support the WAH Committee and HRD in organising employee bonding activities and Welfare and Health (WAH) activities.
- Oversee training-related matters such as course application, course registration, training effectiveness and monitoring of training grants.
- Complete statutory required surveys and salary surveys as and when required.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.
- Handle all matters related to staff retirement and re-employment.
- Proactively identify gaps or inefficiencies within the HR team and take the initiative to propose and bring them up for discussion.
- Responsible for planning/implementing HR projects and initiatives.
- Support Information Technologies functions in the Company.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 2 years of HR experience with exporsure to HR operations and employee engagement.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
