We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to support our end-to-end recruitment processes. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s workforce needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for delivering a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.).
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and prepare reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
