We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to support our end-to-end recruitment processes. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s workforce needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.
- Source potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.).
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and prepare reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Good understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in volume hiring for warehouse, transportation, and logistics roles.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices for blue-collar workforce.
- Understanding of local employment laws and HR practices in the logistics industry.
