1-Group HR is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Executive to support the HR department in day-to-day operations, streamline administrative processes, and ensure smooth and efficient HR functions.

Job Description:
Payroll Administration
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees within assigned entities.
  • Review and verify attendance records, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other variable components.
  • Ensure payroll data is accurate, complete, and handled with strict confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with HR on new hires, resignations, promotions, transfers, and other employee changes.
  • Process final settlements for employees who have resigned or been terminated.
Employee Support
  • Address employee queries related to payslips, deductions, and leave balances promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date payroll files and employee records.
Statutory Compliance
  • Ensure timely submission and payment of statutory contributions, including CPF, SDL, SHG, IRAS (AIS), and other local government requirements.
  • Prepare and file annual tax forms, such as IR8A and IR21.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor and tax legislation impacting payroll and HR compliance.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven HR experience, preferably in F&B, Retail, or Hospitality industries.
  • Knowledge of Singapore Employment Law is a plus.
