Job summary

A healthcare technology company in Singapore is looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to enhance their HR functions. You will work closely with C-suite executives to create a purposeful company culture, drive talent acquisition, and build learning frameworks. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a health-tech startup, along with a strategic mindset to partner with the executive team. An MBA in HR is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience building HR frameworks from scratch.
  • Experience in a health-tech startup is advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Work with C-suite executives in creating a company culture thatbreeds innovation, learning, and most importantly, purpose for eachemployee
  • Own and drive Talent Acquisition for the business, ensuring top-talent is attracted and joining the business
  • Build a strong learning and development framework to ensure employees are continuously developing and growing
  • Support CEO and strategy office in developing employee policies,human capital engagement, retention activities, job descriptions andother documents related to HR
  • Drive a strong compensation & benefits framework across the business to ensure market-alignment
  • Develop performance management, and performance appraisal frameworks
  • Manage people operations and end-to-end HR
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of HR experience
  • Prior experience building HR frameworks from scratch
  • Prior experience working in a health-tech startup would be advantageous
  • Someone familiar in dealing with technology, product, and healthcare employees.
  • Someone who can act as a strategic partner to the executive team, but also as a hands-on executor
  • An MBA in HR is an asset but not a requirement
