About the Company
MARVES Consulting is a fast-growing consulting company with a diverse, international workforce in Singapore. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator who is passionate about people operations and has strong knowledge of Singapore’s work pass and visa processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the end-to-end work pass and visa application process (Employment Pass, S Pass, Dependent Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass, Letter of Consent, etc.)
- Prepare and submit applications via MOM EP Online, WP Online, and ICA portals
- Liaise with MOM, ICA, candidates, and relocation agents to ensure timely approvals and compliance
- Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure applications meet the latest MOM / ICA salary and qualification criteria
- Advise hiring managers and candidates on work pass eligibility, timelines, renewal cycles, and quota requirements
- Manage renewal, cancellation, and appeal processes
- Maintain accurate records in the HRIS system and ensure 100% audit readiness
- Support general HR administration : onboarding / offboarding, payroll input, leave & claims processing, employee queries
- Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and promotion letters in compliance with the Singapore Employment Act
- Coordinate medical examinations, fingerprinting, and card registration appointments
- Keep updated on the latest MOM, ICA, and CPF policy changes and cascade to the team
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience with proven hands‑on experience handling Singapore work passes (EP, S Pass, DP, LTVP) – candidates with this specific experience will be prioritized
- Strong working knowledge of MOM EP Online, WP Online, and ICA systems
- Familiarity with the latest Fair Consideration Framework (FCF), COMPASS framework, and quota calculations
- Excellent command of English; Mandarin or other languages a plus for liaising with candidates
- Meticulous, organised, and able to handle confidential informationProficient in HRIS (Workday, BambooHR, Justlogin, etc.) and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Positive, service‑oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
