Human Resources:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for site workforce (engineers, operators, tunnelling crews, skilled & unskilled labour).
  • Maintain joining formalities, employee files, ID cards, and documentation.
  • Handle daily attendance, biometric records, shift schedules, and labour deployment.
  • Prepare payroll inputs, overtime calculations, and monthly manpower reports.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety regulations, and CLRA requirements.
  • Maintain statutory records: Attendance register Wage register Leave records Muster roll
  • Coordinate with contractors for manpower mobilization/demobilization.
  • Handle employee grievances, discipline, counselling, and workforce welfare.
  • Organize induction, safety training, toolbox talks, and skill development programs.
Administration:
  • Oversee site office administration, document control, filing systems, and correspondence.
  • Manage camp/colony administration, including accommodation, housekeeping, canteen, and logistics.
  • Oversee transport, vehicle logs, fuel consumption, and movement of staff/workers.
  • Support procurement of PPEs, stationery, safety gear, and consumables required at site.
  • Manage inventory records for administrative materials and equipment.
  • Assist in coordination for client meetings, inspections, audits, and project reviews.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Min 5 experience in in tunnelling construction sector.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, site HR practices, and statutory compliance.
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMIS software.
